WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama and Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev discussed nuclear non-proliferation and the conflict in Ukraine at a meeting on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday, the White House said in a statement.
