U.S.' Kerry urges all sides to prevent breaches of Ukraine's ceasefire

SOCHI, Russia (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry urged all sides in the Ukrainian conflict on Tuesday to prevent breaches of a ceasefire agreed earlier this year.

He was talking at a joint briefing with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi.
