BRUSSELS (Reuters) - EU foreign ministers agreed on Thursday to extend asset freezes and travel bans put on dozens of Ukrainians and Russians last March, diplomats said, but were still seeking a compromise on adding new people and preparing new measures.
"There's agreement to extend the March sanctions until September," said one EU diplomat at the meeting of foreign ministers in Brussels.
