UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The United States on Tuesday accused Russia of backing away from earlier commitments by its foreign minister in framing the international response to Iran's nuclear program.
U.S. Ambassador John Bolton said changes sought by Moscow in a U.N. Security Council draft resolution meant to prevent Iran from making nuclear weapons conflicted with commitments by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in July.
