QuickCheck: Did a woman pass away due to a reaction to a Covid-19 vaccine?

A post on the “Malaysia Covid post-jab event” Telegram group claims that a woman aged above 50 passed away after receiving two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine in 2021 and a booster dose later.

The writer of the post alleged that the woman was using a wheelchair by November due to knee pain and that her health declined until she passed away on Wednesday (Feb 16).
