Filipinos urged to pray in solidarity to combat Covid-19

MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN): Malacañang on Tuesday (April 7) echoed President Rodrigo Duterte’s call to Filipinos to pray together in solidarity on Holy Wednesday as the nation continues to combat the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) crisis.

At a virtual press briefing, presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo expressed support for Duterte's call in his Monday night public address which called for prayer and solidarity after recogniding the grave threat posed by Covid-19.
