PHUKET: A collision between two speedboats off the Thai resort island of Phuket killed two Russian children and left 19 others injured, police said.

Police Colonel Prasert Srikunnarat, the region’s marine police commander, told reporters that the Monday morning (Feb 10) accident involved an incoming speedboat that crashed into another one that was leaving a dock in the southern island province of Phuket.
