BANGKOK: Four Chinese travellers from Hubei and one Thai citizen, a taxi driver, have been found to be infected with the novel coronavirus, Permanent Health Secretary Sukhum Karnchanapimai said in a briefing in Bangkok. That takes the cases in Thailand to 19 from 14.

The taxi driver is an instance of local person-to-person transmission as he has never travelled to China.
