YANGON: Myanmar police seized nearly 200,000 stimulants and some heroin in Sagaing region, said a release from the Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control (CCDAC) on Sunday (Jan 12).
A township police force confiscated a bag filled with 188,000 stimulant tablets worth over 940 million kyats (US$626,667) and 60 grammes of heroin from a suspicious person during their patrolling operation in Banmauk township late Saturday.
