SINGAPORE: A Trans-Cab taxi exploded on Commonwealth Avenue opposite Buona Vista MRT station on Sunday afternoon, The Straits Times understands.
According to eyewitness Kuek Jia Jun, the taxi exploded at around 2.30pm.
