SINGAPORE: Several of the 27 radicalised Bangladesh nationals working in Singapore arrested under its Internal Security Act possessed a shared document with graphic images and instructions on how to conduct "silent killings".
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said on Wednesday that the soft copy document in Bengali, saved under the English title Techniques Of Silent Killing, "depicts in a graphic manner how one can attack and kill with stealth".
