KOTA TINGGI: The police have opened an investigation paper in regard to a house break-in and attempted theft at Felda Lok Selatan near here.
Kota Tinggi OCPD Supt Yusof Othman said the video of the incident was uploaded by the Facebook account owner of Orang Kota Tinggi.
“We detected the viral video on the FB Page at 3pm on Monday (Oct 19),’’ he said in a statement.
Supt Yusof said the case is being investigated under Section 453 and Section 511 of the Penal Code.
He reminded the public to refrain from speculating or making comments as it could jeopardise the ongoing investigation of the case.
