Two Form Four students to be charged with murdering schoolmate


SEREMBAN: Two Form Four students of a sports school in Kuala Pilah will be charged with the murder of their 14-year-old schoolmate at the Magistrate's Court.

Negri Sembilan police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Alzafny Ahmad said investigation papers had been forwarded to the state prosecution department and the instruction received is to charge the two students under Section 302 of the Penal Code read together with section 34 of the same legislation.

The victim, who was in Form 2, was found in the school hostel on Sept 25 and rushed to the Tuanku Ampuan Najihah Hospital in Kuala Pilah where doctors pronounced him dead.

Both suspects lived in the same hostel block as the victim.
