JOHOR BARU: Scam syndicates continue to operate from apartments in Forest City, brazenly targeting Chinese nationals in mainland China, despite numerous crackdowns.
Police uncovered these activities when they raided at least five apartments in Forest City and busted two syndicates and arrested 16 Chinese nationals in a series of raids over the past few days.
