Former UiTM Holdings CEO charged with CBT involving RM37mil


SHAH ALAM: A former UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd CEO has been charged at the Sessions Court here for criminal breach of trust involving RM37mil, linked to a solar power generation project in Pahang.

Azlizan Fadzli, 53, who was in a wheelchair, pleaded not guilty after the charge was read out before Sessions Court judge Mohd Nasir Nordin here on Thursday (Oct 1).
