KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Land Bhd and Amona Group have topped out Riana Trees Residences, with the development reaching its highest structural level at Level 32.
The milestone comes as the residential project records a 90% sales take-up, with only a limited number of Bumiputera units remaining available.
The topping out ceremony was officiated by IJM Land Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Tony Ling Thou Lung and Amona Group chief executive officer Datuk Che Hasnadi Che Hassan, together with Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Loh Zhi Ming, Amona Group director Mohd Adib Othman, IJM Land group sales and marketing general manager Rachel Chong, Taghill Project Sdn Bhd executive director Vincent Chu and ATSA Architects Sdn Bhd executive director Zulqaisar Hamidin at Pantai Sentral Park.
“The topping-out of Riana Trees Residences marks an important milestone for the project and reflects the strong progress made since its launch,” said Ling.
“We are encouraged by the positive response from homebuyers, with the development achieving a 90% sales take-up to date.”
Ling shared, “As IJM Land’s first project to adopt the Industrialised Building System (IBS), Riana Trees Residences reflects our continued focus on enhancing construction efficiency, quality and productivity.
“The development also represents a notable achievement in the application of precast IBS technology in high-rise construction. Rising to 32 levels, it is among the tallest high-rise developments in the Klang Valley to utilise precast IBS.
“By adopting this technology, we are able to support greater construction efficiency, consistency and quality control, while advancing more sustainable building practices.”

With the building’s structural framework now completed, construction will proceed with architectural finishes and interior detailing. Riana Trees Residences was launched in June 2023 and is targeted for vacant possession in the first quarter of 2027.
Located within Pantai Sentral Park, Riana Trees Residences is a 32-storey residential project comprising 336 condominium units. The development is designed for modern urban living within a nature-rich setting next to the 102ha Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi.
Set on a 1.36ha parcel, the project comprises three-bedroom homes with built-ups of approximately 900 sq ft and 955 sq ft.
