Six-month traffic diversion on Damansara-Shah Alam stretch of NKVE

KUALA LUMPUR: A traffic diversion will be implemented along the Damansara-Shah Alam stretch from KM13.60 to KM14.35 in both directions of the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) for six months until Feb 9, 2027.

PLUS Malaysia Bhd, in a statement Friday (Aug 14), said the diversion is to facilitate the construction of a pedestrian bridge across the highway, as well as maintenance works by Pinnacle Homes AD Sdn Bhd.

In this regard, PLUS advised motorists to comply with all traffic signs and instructions from PLUS personnel to ensure smooth traffic flow and the safety of all parties.

PLUS also recommended that motorists plan their journeys and obtain the latest traffic information through the PLUS app, its official social media platforms, including X @plustrafik, and variable message signs at selected locations.

"If there is an emergency, highway users can contact PLUSLine at 1-800-88-0000 for assistance," it said. - Bernama
