King to undergo musculoskeletal treatment, misses Warriors' Day parade

PETALING JAYA: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, will undergo follow-up treatment for a musculoskeletal condition involving the muscles and bones in his back and hip, says Istana Negara.

"His Majesty had been advised by medical specialists to rest before undergoing the follow-up treatment to allow for recovery.

"As a result, His Majesty did not attend the Warriors' Day parade at Dataran Pahlawan Negara in Putrajaya today," it added in a statement on Friday (July 31).
