KUALA LUMPUR: SkyWorld Development Bhd marked a significant milestone in its regional expansion with the groundbreaking of SkySolis, its first residential development in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The project marks SkyWorld's official entry into the Vietnamese property market and the first international milestone under its recently unveiled SkyWorld 2040 long-term strategic roadmap to become one of South-East Asia's Top 30 property developers.

SkyWorld chief executive officer Lee Chee Seng said, "SkySolis is more than our first project in Vietnam, it is the first step in building SkyWorld into a regional property developer.

“This milestone demonstrates our ability to export a proven development model beyond Malaysia, built on quality, innovation and disciplined execution.

“As we advance our SkyWorld 2040 roadmap, we remain focused on creating sustainable communities that deliver long-term value while strengthening our presence across South-East Asia."

Located in the rapidly developing Lai Thieu Ward in Ho Chi Minh City, SkySolis is designed to meet the growing demand for quality urban homes while contributing to the city's evolving residential landscape.

The development incorporates SkyWorld's award-winning Healthy Home philosophy, emphasising natural ventilation, abundant daylight, green spaces and wellness-focused amenities to create healthier and more sustainable living environments.

As part of its commitment to construction excellence, SkyWorld will introduce Malaysia's Quality Assessment System in Construction (Qlassic), developed by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia.

The internationally recognised framework reinforces the company's disciplined approach to workmanship and construction quality, providing greater assurance and long-term value for homeowners, with the aim to stay true to the brand promise of ‘You Can Now Own A Quality Home and Living’.

SkySolis will also introduce the SkyWorld Connects App to Vietnam, extending SkyWorld's proven digital ecosystem beyond Malaysia for the first time. The integrated platform enables residents to monitor construction progress, receive notifications, manage property-related services and book shared facilities through a seamless mobile experience.

The groundbreaking of SkySolis demonstrates the execution of SkyWorld's regional growth strategy and reinforces the company's capability to export its proven expertise in quality construction, sustainable community planning and smart living solutions beyond Malaysia. Throughout the development, SkyWorld will uphold the same disciplined project management, quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards that have defined its developments at home.
