Youths have the power to decide their future through ballot box, says PM

KULAI: With less than 24 hours to go until polling day, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has reminded youths to cast their vote in the Johor state election.

He said youths have the power to decide their future through the ballot box.

"My message to youths is: the future is in your hands," he said when attending the Kita Genk Madani Johor programme in Taman Manis here on Friday (July 10). "Every vote counts - do not waste even one vote."

He also asked parents to remind their children about their responsibility to vote and not to take voting lightly.

Anwar, who is also the Pakatan Harapan chairman, visited Johor on Friday for five campaign stops.

Campaigning for the Johor state election officially ends at 11.59pm on Friday, with voters set to cast their vote on Saturday for all 56 state seats.
