One killed after car collides with motorcycle in Kajang


KAJANG: A fatal accident in Bandar Mahkota Cheras has killed one person after a car collided with a motorcycle.

Kajang OCPD ACP Naazron Abdul Yusof said the accident occurred on Friday (June 5) near Jalan Permaisuri.

The incident occurred at a three-way junction when a motorcycle ridden by a local male bus driver, 32, was hit by a car.

The collision happened after the motorcycle suddenly emerged from the junction.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for reckless or dangerous driving causing death.
