Thunderstorm warning in Sabah, Sarawak until 6pm


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a thunderstorm warning for several areas in Sabah and Sarawak until 6pm on Saturday (March 28).

MetMalaysia, in a statement, said that thunderstorms, heavy rain, and strong winds are expected to occur in the interior regions of Sabah, including Sipitang, Tenom, Beaufort, Nabawan, and Tambunan.

In Sarawak, the areas forecast to be affected are Sibu (Selangau), Kapit (Song), Bintulu (Tatau), Miri (Telang Usan), and Limbang. - Bernama
