Weak 3.2-magnitude earthquake detected in Batu Pahat


PETALING JAYA: A mild earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale has been detected in Batu Pahat, Johor.

In a statement on its website, the Malaysian Metrological Department said the earthquake occurred at 6.07pm on Saturday (March 14) at coordinates 1.7° North, 102.7° East, about 22km southeast of Batu Pahat.
