PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds across three states, effective until 10am on Monday (March 2).

MetMalaysia, in a statement at 7am, said the severe weather is expected to affect Pulau Pinang (Barat Daya and Timur Laut), parts of Pahang (Raub, Jerantut and Temerloh) and parts of Selangor (Klang and Kuala Langat).
