Family escapes harm as house front collapses in Seremban

SEREMBAN: Three members of a family had a close call when the front structure of their double-storey terrace house in Taman Pinggiran Senawang collapsed.

A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said neighbours managed to alert the family before the incident, which occurred around 4.50am.

A team from the Senawang station arrived at the scene within 15 minutes of receiving a call from a member of the public.

“Upon checking, they found that two vehicles and a motorcycle parked in the porch were damaged,” he said in a statement.

The team inspected the area and the case has been handed over to the Seremban City Council for further action.
