Murder in South Klang: Man shot dead captured in viral video


KLANG: A man in a four-wheel-drive was shot dead in Taman Mesra Indah on Saturday (Nov 29) night.

Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Shazeli Kahar said the incident was reported to police at 8.35pm.

"We are investigating the motive behind the incident," he said in a statement on Sunday (Nov 30).

Comm Shazeli urged witnesses or anyone with information related to the case to come forward.

"We urge the public to contact senior investigating officer Asst Supt Mohd Harman Mohd Haniff at 019-210 0334 or reach out to the South Klang police operations room at 03-33762222.

Earlier, a video of the shot man, lying motionless in the vehicle, went viral on social media.

The video also showed police later investigating the scene.
