MIC seeks to join PN, Muhyiddin says

SHAH ALAM: Perikatan Nasional chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin revealed that MIC has submitted an application to join the coalition.

According to him, as reported in Sinar Harian, the application by the Barisan Nasional (BN) founding component party will be jointly decided at an upcoming Perikatan Supreme Council meeting.

The Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) president also said that all Perikatan component parties have, in principle, expressed support for MIC’s participation.
