IPOH: A lorry skidded and blocked two lanes of the North-South Expressway (PLUS) at KM263.4 northbound between Ipoh and the Menora Tunnel, causing a 6km-long traffic jam.
PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) posted on its official X account @plustrafik that the accident occurred at about 9.28am on Friday (Oct 31), blocking middle and right lanes.
"Comply with instructions by officers or traffic signs at the accident site. Take all safety precautions and may you reach your destination safely," it posted.
However, as of 12.45pm, PLUS said all lanes had been reopened but traffic was still slow moving. – Bernama
