KUALA LUMPUR: More than 80% of eligible RM100 Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (Sara) recipients have used the one-off aid to purchase essential goods, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Anwar, who is also the Finance Minister, said the remaining 20% who have yet to redeem the aid are mostly from the higher-income group.
