Appeals Court sets Jan 13 for decision on Najib's bid to revive RM1.9mil suit against Tommy Thomas


PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has set Jan 13, 2026, to deliver its decision on former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's appeal to reinstate a RM1.9mil lawsuit against former attorney general Tan Sri Tommy Thomas.

Counsel Harel Nieryan confirmed the date was fixed during a case management session on Oct 15 before Court of Appeal deputy registrar Khainur Aleeza Ismail.
