Batu Pahat hardest hit as storms hit several districts in Johor


BATU PAHAT: A total of 56 houses were reported damaged after storms and strong winds hit several districts in Johor on Thursday (Oct 2), with Batu Pahat recording the highest number of cases.

State housing and local government committee chairman Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor said the incident caused property damage, particularly to the roofs of houses, which were blown off, as well as several food stalls that were also affected.
