IPOH: There is a heaviness in the air as family members of those who died in the tragic accident on the East-West Highway make their way to the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital mortuary.

With each truck that brought the remains of their loved ones to the mortuary, cries and wails echoed, while some sobbed uncontrollably.
