PETALING JAYA: In conjunction with Mother’s Day, MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong took the opportunity to express his gratitude and love for his mother.
He shared a picture of them both in the trending Ghibli style via a Facebook post on Sunday (May 11).
"The days are long but the years are short—a saying many young parents know well. As our children grow, we learn to cherish the memories we build together.
"Now, watching my own mum grow older, I’ve also grown to treasure every moment we share.
"To my beloved mum and my dearest wife, thank you for all that you've done for our family, may you enjoy this special day," he said.
Dr Wee also wished all mothers a blessed and wonderful day in commemoration of them while urging everyone to show their love towards children and parents.
