Jalan Dunlop in Tawau to be closed from May 4-13


TAWAU: Jalan Dunlop here will be temporarily closed for 10 days from May 4 for the Sabah Madani Rakyat Programme (PMR) 2025.

The Sabah Public Works Department said the road closure will last from 6am on May 4 until 6pm on May 13.

"Any inconvenience caused is regretted,” it said in a statement on Wednesday (April 30), and advised the public to use alternative roads during the closure period.

The Sabah PMR 2025 is scheduled to be held at the Tawau Municipal Council Square from May 9 to 11.

The programme's closing ceremony will be officiated by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on May 11 at 2pm. It will also be attended by other Federal and state government leaders. – Bernama
