PUTRAJAYA: The ongoing hot weather is expected to be less severe than last year due to the weak La Nina phenomenon, which brings slightly humid conditions, says Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability Minister Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad.
However, he said localised haze may still occur if open burning is not controlled.
