Police confirm shooting at Setia Alam shopping mall


SHAH ALAM: Police have confirmed a shooting incident at a shopping mall in Setia Alam here on Saturday (Feb 8).

Shah Alam district police chief ACP Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said a police team had just arrived at the scene.

"Yes, it is true (about the shooting incident), and the police team has just reached the location. I will share updates on the case later,” he said when contacted.

Earlier, social media was abuzz with reports of a shooting allegedly taking place at a goldsmith shop inside a shopping mall in Setia Alam. – Bernama
