Missing woman found dead in Pantai Remis


PETALING JAYA: Police have recovered the body of missing woman Yong Jia Yein.

The body was found in Pantai Remis, Jeram, and her family has been informed.

When contacted, Kuala Selangor OCPD Supt Azaharudin Tajudin said a press statement on the matter would be issued soon.

Previously, a missing person’s report was lodged at 12.36am on Friday (31 Jan) following her disappearance on 29 Jan.

Yong Jia Yein, 34, was last seen leaving her home at the Pelangi Utama Condominium. She was driving a blue Proton Iswara with the registration number BDV 1304.
