Suspect in second UPNM bullying case to be charged tomorrow


KUALA LUMPUR: The suspect linked to the alleged bullying of another Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) student will be charged on Friday (Nov 22).

When contacted, Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa said that the suspect will be charged at the Jalan Duta courthouse.

He added that a total of 16 people have had their statements recorded over the incident.
