MetMalaysia issues thunderstorm warning for four states until 1am Nov 7

PETALING JAYA: A thunderstorm warning has been issued for two states in Peninsular Malaysia and both Borneo States.

In a statement on Wednesday (Nov 6) night, the Malaysian Meteorological Department said thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds are expected until 1am Thursday (Nov 7) over the states of Pahang (Lipis, Raub, Temerloh and Bera) and in Johor (Segamat, Kluang and Mersing).

In sarawak, the areas affected are Sri Aman, Kapit (Song) and Limbang, while in areas in Sabah are the west coast (Papar, Penampang, Kota Kinabalu, Tuaran and Ranau); Tawau and Sandakan (Tongod, Telupid and Kinabatangan) as well as the Federal Territory of Labuan.
