More than 100 old motorcycles go up in flames in DBKL storage depot fire


KUALA LUMPUR: A fire at a Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) storage depot saw more than 100 old motorcycles and frames razed.

In a statement Monday (Oct 28), the City Fire and Rescue Department said that the incident occured on Sunday (Oct 27) in the Salak Selatan area.

"The fire was extinguished but around 130 motorcycles of various models were burnt. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the forensic unit," the statement read.
