PETALING JAYA: The main page of the Public Infobanjir system on the Irrigation and Drainage Department (DID) website is currently down for maintenance after unexpected technical difficulties.
According to the notice of service interruption posted on the page, it will be closed from 11am until 7pm on Tuesday (Oct 15).
Users have been trying to access the Public Infobanjir page since much of the Klang Valley was struck by floods from heavy rains this morning.
"This activity is being carried out to address unexpected technical issues.
"During the period mentioned, there may be disruptions to access to data services.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused," the notice read.
However, the Public Infobanjir system on state DID websites continues to operate.
