GISB case: Three arrive at Seremban court to be charged


SEREMBAN: Three suspects were brought to the Sessions Court here to separately face sexual assault charges against children.

It is understood that the three were employees at a madrasah in Kuala Pilah that is linked to GISB Holdings.

A van carrying the three arrived at the Seremban court complex at 9.10am.

The three aged between 20 and 22 were detained during the recent Op Global.

The suspects would be charged under Sections 14(a) and 14 (b) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 (Act 792).

Last week, the Bukit Aman raided 20 welfare homes in Selangor and Negri Sembilan associated with GISB Holdings and rescued 402 children and teenagers, consisting of 201 boys and 201 girls aged from one to 17.
