KL sinkhole: Fadillah and Dr Zaliha visit site


KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof has arrived at the sinkhole site at Jalan Masjid India.

Fadillah, who arrived at about 4.37pm on Wednesday (Aug 28), was seen being ushered into the command centre. He is expected to receive a briefing on the Search and Rescue (SAR) operation for the Indian tourist who fell into the sinkhole last Friday (Aug 23).

The briefing also included Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Dr Zaliha Mustafa, who arrived earlier at the scene.

Both of them are also expected to visit the location where the sinkhole occurred.
