AMPANG: A 17-year-old boy was detained for allegedly sexually assaulting his 16-year-old female schoolmate.
Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail said the suspect had allegedly forced the victim to perform oral sex while fondling her breast at a house in Taman Keramat.
"The victim said she was brought to the house at about 2pm on July 25.
"She claimed that the suspect put his private part into her mouth while groping her breast. She informed her discipline teacher and lodged a report on the same day," he said in a statement on Saturday (Aug 10).
The suspect was detained at about 9pm on Friday (July 9) in Hulu Kelang, he said.
"The suspect has been remanded until Aug 15.
"We are investigating under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Crimes on Children 2017," he said.
