Supt Nuzulan Mohd Din appointed as acting Dang Wangi OCPD

KUALA LUMPUR: Supt Nuzulan Mohd Din has been appointed as the acting Dang Wangi OCPD, taking over from Asst Comm Noor Dellhan Yahaya.

This follows ACP Noor Dellhan's appointment as the new Bukit Aman CID D4 principal assistant director.

Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Rusdi Mohd Isa commended ACP Noor Dellhan for his leadership of the Dang Wangi district police headquarters for two years and 11 months.

"His commitment and dedication to his duty since starting his tenure as OCPD on Aug 6, 2021, is a good example to all officers and personnel. I have no doubt he will do well in his next post.

"I am also confident that Supt Nuzulan is capable of taking on the responsibility as the acting OCPD," he said after witnessing the handing-over ceremony.

Meanwhile, ACP Noor Dellhan said that being the OCPD for 1,088 days was not a short tenure and he is thankful for the guidance shown by Comm Rusdi.

"I could not have done my work without cooperation from all officers and personnel in Dang Wangi as well. After all, talent wins games but teamwork wins championships," he said.

Working as a team was vital in Dang Wangi, he added.

"I always remind all officers and personnel that there is no space or time for personal glory; it is all about teamwork," he said.

ACP Noor Dellhan also thanked his wife and family for their relentless support.

"My duties as a police officer often took me away from home. I am thankful for the love, understanding, and support shown by my family," he said.
