EPF online service under maintenance


KUALA LUMPUR: The Employee’s Provident Fund (EPF) online service is undergoing system maintenance works which are scheduled to end on Saturday (May 11).

The maintenance works began on Friday (May 10), and a message on the EPF website says that various services are expected to experience disruptions and this includes Member's Services, Employer's Services and Business Partner's Services.

On May 6, EPF updated their website to inform the public on the service interruption schedule.

The maintenance works come as the new EPF Account 3 is to go live on Saturday (May 11) which will give members below the age of 55 access to funds for short-term financial needs.

With the new restructured system, Account 1 will receive 75% while Account 2 will get 15% and Account 3 will have 10%.
