SIX months after becoming a wife, singer Nabila Razali said she and her husband Nik Iruwan Nik Izani have not been spared the grilling on when they are expecting children, reported Harian Metro.

The 32-year-old said she and Nik Iruwan, 39, are looking forward to embracing parenthood and are trusting in God for the journey ahead.

“I can’t comment much about having children because it all depends on our fortune. It will happen when the time comes and we have to continue making efforts.

“I have no issue if people continue asking this question. I will continue to answer them and I hope everyone will pray for us both,” she said.

Nabila has come to terms with the fact that life as a public figure entails constant scrutiny.

The Selagi Ku Ada singer has learned to manage her emotions without being perturbed by sensitive statements, such as claims that female artistes lose appeal once married.

“I am thankful that my career remains on the right course. I didn’t expect that my Raya Mana song which came out during the Ramadan month would be widely accepted.

“I am happy to know that there are still fans who are supporting me. I hope I can continue to entertain them for a long time,” said the former 2013 Akademi Fantasia contestant.

> After over two decades, Malaysians are still awaiting the return of the famous comedy group Senario, according to one of its members, Azlee Jaafar.

Azlee said the group, which rose to prominence in 1996 through their popular sitcom, is eagerly anticipating invitations from television channels to revive the programme.

“Senario still has its fan base. We hope television stations will give us airtime and the opportunity because there are many fans out there who miss us.

“We have talked to some television stations but there are no final words yet. We are not rigid over which television channels will make the offer. We just want the Senario sitcom to be revived,” he said, reported Berita Harian.

Azlee said the team has been asked about when Senario would be making a comeback, but they could not give an answer to their fans as yet.
