Prosecution objects to Muhyiddin's bid to challenge court decision to reinstate power abuse charges

KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution has objected to Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's application to seek leave from the Court of Appeal to review its previous decision to reinstate four power abuse charges involving RM232.5mil against him.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin said this during the mention of the case before Judge Azura Alwi at the Sessions Court on Wednesday (April 3).
