KUALA LUMPUR: Bask in the sparkling festivities and rich cultural heritage of Hari Raya as the Pavilion REIT malls welcome shoppers to the season of togetherness, forgiveness, and gratitude.

‘Radiant Raya’ at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

From March 11 to April 14, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur shines bright for its ‘Radiant Raya’ celebration, capturing the beautiful history of Malay textiles, culture, and the beauty of crystals.

Drawing inspiration from the celestial beauty of the night sky, ‘Radiant Raya’ at Pavilion KL promises to be an unforgettable experience through a tapestry of light, colour, and culture.

From the twinkling stars to the giant crescent moon displayed in the Centre Court, every detail sparkles with splendour.

In partnership with renowned jewellery brand Swarovski, Pavilion KL welcomes the festive occasion with an early celebration of Hari Raya with a grand pop-up. Shoppers will have the opportunity to marvel at the stunning crystal decorations around the Centre Court, including four vibrant installations in the shape of an octagon, which is an emblematic Swarovski symbol.

For the first time ever, shoppers can also explore the exclusive range of Swarovski’s limited-release items featuring unique collectibles from the Creators Lab, such as the Aquazzura Aura sandal, Phileo 005 Crystal Derby shoe, Swarovski Tiara that lit up debutantes at the 2024 Vienna Opera Ball, and a colossal 20kg Chaton Swarovski crystal – the first and largest in Southeast Asia.

For a more immersive experience, a shimmering dress studded with over 83,900 Swarovski crystals designed by designer Rizalman Couture and curated scarves by Bawal Exclusive are also up for display exclusively at Pavilion KL.

Additionally, shoppers can visit the Ramadan Bazaar booths at the Centre Court to purchase their Raya necessities, from fashion to gifting to food. They can then visit the Swarovski's booth to have their purchases embellished for free before visiting the experiential photobooths to capture memorable moments and commemorate a dazzling Ramadan experience.

In celebration of Malay heritage and textile, Pavilion KL has partnered with renowned Malaysian fashion designers Datuk Radzuan Radziwill and Yayasan Tuanku Nur Zahirah, the royal patronage of Sultanah of Terengganu, Sultanah Nur Zahirah, to showcase their collection of designs along the Pavilion KL Spanish Steps. Shoppers can explore The Local Heritage Fabric sxhibition, featuring an array of national heritage local fabrics, such as batik and songket tenun, styled by participating colleges including UITM Shah Alam, UITM Perak, Raffles College, Taylor’s College, and more.

To enhance the festivities, Yayasan Tuanku Nur Zahirah will also be hosting several demonstrations from Islamic calligraphy, batik making (April 6 and 7) and traditional dance performances from Artisan Malaysia (March 30 and 31) from 3pm to 4pm, to wood carving (March 30 and 31) from 4pm to 5pm.

Intermark Mall invites shoppers to its ‘Harmoni Raya’ celebrations happening between March 14 and April 21. The celebration emphasises everything that makes Hari Raya special — food, music, home, and film — while also deepening the mall’s commitment to its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

With a growing awareness of the environmental impact of festive celebrations, Intermark Mall aims to balance tradition and environmental consciousness through an eco-friendly, Raya-themed fashion showcase by homegrown design collective KL6. Embracing the festive spirit, shoppers can browse the Bazaar Ramadan at the Ground Atrium to shop for scarves, accessories, home decorations, and more, from various brands including Bacarat and Raya Market.

Additionally, shoppers can participate in educational workshops and watch captivating performances to celebrate the festive season.
