Fahmi, MCMC to scrutinise demand by Najib's lawyer to take down 1MDB documentary


PETALING JAYA: Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil will meet with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to scrutinise the demand of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's lawyer for the government to instruct the streaming application service, Netflix, to take down and prohibit the screening of the documentary 'Man on the Run.'

Fahmi said that the meeting would take place soon to scrutinise various legal aspects before any decision is made regarding the matter.
